  3.   RETURN     to go to the next message
  4.   Backspace  (the <- key) to go to the previous message
  5.   CTRL-A     to see the message again
  6.   CTRL-P     to see the parent of the current message
  7.   CTRL-C     to see the children (replies to) the current message

  9.   first      to go to the first message in the SIG
  10.   last       to go to the last (most recent) message in the SIG
  11.   high       to go to the most recent message (high water) you
